Data Sharing

To help deliver some of the Union's core services and activities we share data with a small number of external service providers. These third party organisations will be bound by an obligation to process personal data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation legislation. Details of these can be found below:

• National Governing Bodies - for athlete registration
• The University of Derby - for reporting purposes
• SAGE - to facilitate payments on our website
• Advice Pro - case management system used to serve the needs of students using our Advice service
