We work closely with the University to ensure that student voice is involved in decision making. As you progress through your university journey, your needs and wants will inevitably change, which is why we strive to constantly adapt and ensure you have the best time here possible. Student Meetings

Every other month your student leaders get together to make decisions and lead the direction of the Union and all that we're doing. Every year for one of these meetings we invite all students to attend and participate as an AGM.

Each year students at Derby nominate themselves and campaign to the student body to be elected as Executive Officers so they can lead the Union and shape the directions and changes that it makes.

Each course at Derby has their own representatives; student volunteers on that course gather and act on feedback from their peers. Working together with the Union to improve the experience for their fellow students.

Do you have a problem? An idea? Or an issue you want to feed back to the Union for change? This is your first port of call.
