Societies Council

The Societies Council are democratically elected to support and represent our Union Societies.

They make some big decisions such as: voting on the approval of new society applications; they organise and promote society-wide events; and they check in with their category committees; which keeps things running smoothly.

Councillors have to be members of a society within their category, and are expected to work towards growing the visibility of those groups by improving access and opportunities.
