The first point of call if you have any questions about the Union, if you want to speak to any of your Officers, or book an appointment with our Advice service is the InfoPoint at Kedleston Road.

InfoPoint offers a small range of services to make your life that little bit easier. These include ring binding, laminating, ticket sales, and it's where you can collect your TOTUM card and save yourself some cash throughout the year.

Associate Membership

If you're a Union alumni or a University staff member you can apply for Associate Membership of the Union which will allow you to join Union sports teams and societies.

Associate membership may be granted to all Union staff, members of University staff, or Alumni members of the University at the discretion of The Executive Committee. Your membership may be revoked at any time, subject to the discretion of the Exec Committee.

Associate members may not participate in the governance of the Union and do not hold an eligible vote in any election process. Associate members are not entitled to hold a committee position on any club or society.

Associate members are entitled to become a member of any Sports Club or Union Society, participate in the Union’s organised events, and use the Union’s bars and clubs at the discretion of the organising committees or license holders.
